Rules and Regulations: 

1: Visiting Hours: Dawn to Dusk

2: No parking on grass.

3: Excavation of graves must be completed by an excavation contractor approved by the Cemetery Association.

4: The Cemetery is not liable for floral arrangements, baskets, stands or any decoration left at the graveside.

5: Installation of monuments, memorials, headstones, mausoleums must be approved by the Cemetery Association.

6: Maintenance of monuments, memorials, headstones, mausoleums are the responsibility of the owner.

7: The planting of shrubs, bushes and trees on lots and graves is prohibited.

8: No vegetation, except for grass, is to be planted without the consent of the Cemetery Association.

9: Fencing, curbs, edging or other obstructions are not permitted on grave lots.

10: Glass, metal frames, ceramic containers or any material that could break or cause harm to anyone is not allowed.

11: Winter decorations: natural and artificial wreaths placed on graves will be removed March 1st.

12: The Cemetery Association reserves the right to regulate and restrict the method of decorating lots and graves.

13: The Cemetery Association reserves the right to remove all damaged and faded decorations at their discretion.

14: Mulching and plantings are permitted to the front and sides of the monument.

15: Mulching and plantings should be confined to an area not more than 24 inches out from the monument or marker, and the plants are limited to 18 inches in height.

16: Mulching with landscape rocks, crushed stone, shells or other hard materials is prohibited for safety reasons.

17: Please don’t leave anything at the Cemetery that could be considered litter.
